Kauai by Helicopter

Today we were fortunate enough to get to experience Kauai in a helicopter (with the doors off - just don't tell Jenn's Mom!).

We had good weather, but cold and windy in the heli!

Kauai Wave Abstracts

Big surf on the North Shore today, so we went to Tunnels to check it out and take some long exposure wave close ups.

Another day in paradise.

Up for pre-sunrise photos, and treated to a crescent moon. The afternoon was filled with jungle hikes, waterfalls, bamboo & mosquitoes!

We arrived last night in Kauai. It's been a long time since our first visit to this island, and we are already wondering why it took us so long to return.

We are in a terrific condo resort, and here's a photo this afternoon from the beach in front of the resort
